MEMBER REWARDS PROGRAM

- Earn Points: Earn one point for each full dollar you spend (a) in-store at a participating Wushiland Boba location, and (b) on the Wushiland App. You will not receive any points for gift card purchases or for purchases made via third-party food delivery platforms.
- Wushiland App: To earn points, you must download the Wushiland App, register to become a member of the Wushiland Boba Member Rewards Program, and be logged into your member account on the Wushiland App when you make a qualifying purchase.
(a) In-Store Purchases. At the time of an in-store purchase, you must use the Wushiland App to present the QR Code associated with your Member Rewards account to the cashier. The cashier has no obligation to remind you, so you must proactively present the QR Code to the cashier at the time of purchase. No points will be issued after a qualifying purchase transaction has been completed, so if you fail to present your QR Code at the time of a qualifying purchase, you will not receive any points. Points cannot be issued retro-actively.
(b) Purchases on the Wushiland App. Points will be issued automatically to your member account when you make a qualifying purchase on the Wushiland App.
(c) Points Redemption: Points can only be redeemed (a) in-store at a participating Wushiland Boba location and (b) on the Wushiland App. For every thirty (30) points, you will be able to redeem a $3 discount towards the immediate purchase of one beverage (the “$3 Beverage Discount”). If you qualify for multiple $3 Beverage Discounts, you may only use each $3 Beverage Discount towards the purchase of one beverage. You may not use more than one $3 Beverage Discount towards the purchase of one beverage. $3 Beverage Discounts may not be used towards the purchase of gift cards (or any other items except for beverages). $3 Beverage Discounts also may not be used for orders placed via third-party food delivery platforms.
(d) Birthday Gift Points: You will receive fifty (50) birthday gift points on the first day of the month in which your birthday falls. The birthday gift points are only valid for thirty (30) days from the day they are credited to your Member Rewards account.
General Rules for Member Rewards Program
- Points expire 1 year from date they are credited to your Member Rewards account, but Birthday Gift Points, which are credited to your Member Rewards account on the first day of the month in which your birthday falls, expire 30 days from the day they are credited to your Member Rewards account.
- All points (including Birthday Gift Points) have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. You may not redeem any points or vouchers for cash, except as required by law.
- All points from a single transaction can only be credited to one Member Rewards account.
- Points are not refundable once the $3 Beverage Discount is applied.
- No points will be awarded for gift card purchases.
- No points (including Birthday Gift Points) may be redeemed for gift card purchases.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Member Rewards Program
Please read the following terms and conditions (these “Terms”) for the Wushiland Boba Member Rewards Program (the “Program”). Wushiland Boba reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use or participation in the Program following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
The Program is a way of thanking you for your continued support. To enroll in the Program, download the Wushiland App (the “App”) and follow the instructions to create an account on the App. You can redeem the $3 Beverage Discount (a) in-store at a participating Wushiland Boba location and (b) on the App. $3 Beverage Discounts have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
The registration process will require you to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself to us through an online registration form. Personal information collected may include (as applicable): username (email address), password, your rewards card number and card security code (scratch to see), birth month (optional, but if you do not provide us with your birthday month, you will not receive any Birthday Gift Points), name, mobile phone number, zip code, city and your marketing preferences (e.g., what type of product information you would like to receive from us).
Communication about the Program is made by email, SMS or push notification. At registration, you can opt to receive information on products and special offers. You can change these preferences at any time on the App.
You must be of legal age of majority, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, in order to register and create an account.
Account, Password and Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Program via the App. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the Program if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
We reserve the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice to you.
Account Deletion Process:
- If you would like to delete your account, you must initiate the process by sending an email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Account deletion requests cannot be accommodated from within the Wushiland App.
- Once your account is deleted, any and all remaining points associated with your account will be forfeited.
- Upon receiving your e-mail request to delete your account, we will verify your request, and upon verification, we will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge the deletion of your account.
- Please be advised that once an account is deleted, reinstatement of the account is not possible.
- Points are non-transferable between accounts.
- The option to merge accounts is available. Account merging allows the combining separate accounts into a single account for points earning and redemption purposes.
- If you would like to merge accounts, you and the authorized user(s) of all the accounts to be merged, must initiate the process by sending an email to our customer service at email@example.com
- Upon receiving your e-mail request to merge account(s), we will verify your request, and upon verification, we will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge the merger of the accounts.
- Please be advised that once accounts are merged, the merger cannot be reversed.
- Please be advised that the account merging process is distinct from the account deletion process.
WUSHILAND BOBA AND PREFERRED PATRON (OUR PROGRAM PROVIDER), AND EACH OF THEIR AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”), MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES ARE FOUND LIABLE TO YOU, YOU SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES AND SUCH DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LAST BALANCE HELD IN YOUR PROGRAM ACCOUNT. THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
